Sculptra Before and Afters

Sculptra Case 1

Before: Sculptra injected into the cheeks and around the mouth in 2 sessions.

After: 6 month result after the original session and 5 months after the last session. Note the volume restoration of the cheeks, the improvements around the mouth and the brighter skin, all yielding a more youthful appearance.

Sculptra Case 2

Before: Five sessions of Sculptra delivered into the lower lid zones, cheeks, nasolabial folds and chin.

After: One year after the first injection and two months after the fifth session. The frontal view of the entire face shows generalized fullness of multiple areas, the details of which are demonstrable in the close-ups.

Sculptra Case 3

Before: This patient received 5 sessions of Sculptra into her temples, cheeks, and chin over a 6 month period.

After: One year after the initial injection and 4 months after the last. Aside from the nicely improved cheeks, note how well the depressions along the forward jawline on either side of the center have been filled.

Sculptra Case 4

Before: Sculptra injected into the cheeks, lower lids and around the mouth over 3 sessions.

Sculptra Case 5

After: 6 month result after the first injection and 4 months after the second. Dramatic filling in the injected areas is particularly appreciated in the lateral views where the lower lids are canted forward and shortened due to the fuller cheeks.

If you examine these photos closely, you will note several things:

1) The infraorbital rims, particularly laterally, become less defined with treatment. This can be seen in the frontal and right oblique photos.

2) The height of the lower lids lessen as the cheeks rise. This is seen in the lateral views.

3) The angle of the lower lids seen in the lateral images tilts forward as compared to the more vertical orientation of the lower lids pre-tx.

If you superimpose the lateral images, you will see #2 & #3 very quickly.

Sculptra Case 6

Before: Sculptra injected into the cheeks.

After: 8 months after the first injection and 1 month after the last. In this case Sculptra was utilized as an alternative to cheek implants. Examine the profile views and see how the cheek concavities below the lower lids have been noticeably filled.

Sculptra Case 7

Before: Two sessions of Sculptra to the perioral area.

After: Five months after the original injection and 2 months after the most recent. Many of the sunken areas around the mouth have shallowed.

Sculptra Case 8

Before: Two sessions of Sculptra to the perioral area.

After: Five months after the first injection and 3 months after the last. Note the soft improvement of the nasolabial lines, particularly where these lines start next to the base of the nose. Also appreciate the brighter skin appearance.

Sculptra Case 9

Before: Two sessions of Sculptra injections into the backs of the hands.

After: Five months after the original injection and 2 months after the latest. Both improved fullness and better skin appearance have resulted.
